With the spirit of “Daivathinde Swantham Nadu” right here in Maryland, Kairali of Baltimore proudly joined with KCSMW and KAGW in organizing a mega show featuring M.G.Shreekumar, Ramesh Pisharody and team, marking kickoff of Keralotsavam - a year long celebration of 60th Kerala Piravi, on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Laurel High School Auditorium. This grand celebration included an official Keralotsavam kickoff, several cultural programs by Kairali of Baltimore, KAGW, and KCSMW, “To Lalettan from Sreekuttan” Mega show with distinguished artists, delicious food, a wonderful shopping opportunity, and socialization with friends and family. This mega event was enjoyed by more than 600 Malayalees of Baltimore, Washington, and Virginia area. View links to videos and pictures below.

January 07, 2017 - Christmas & New Year Celebrations

Yet another grand success event of Kairali of Baltimore this month was a Free CPR/BLS training. Kairali Women's forum in collaboration with Indian American Nurses Association of Maryland (IANAM) organized this life saving free CPR training class on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Lansdowne Library. This event was attended by more than 45 participants. 15 participants were issued American Heart Association’s (AHA) Healthcare Provider Card and 25 people received AHA certificate of completion. This event was sponsored by Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Thanksgiving Food Drive
Kairali of Baltimore Women's Forum is organizing a Thanksgiving basket for families in need. Following items are needed:
               - Mashed Potatoes (13 oz) - 1 Package

               - Cereal Box (approx 12 oz) - 1 Package 

               - Cranberry Sauce (14 oz)  - 1 count

               - Cookies Box - 1 count

               - Peanut Butter - 1 Bottle

               - Jelly - 1 Bottle

               - Stuffing - 1 Box

               - Vegetable Cans (15 oz corn or beans) - 4 Cans

               - Fruit Cans (15 oz)  - 2 Cans

               - Sweet Potatoes - 2 Cans

               - Tuna (5 oz) - 4 Cans

               - Macaroni & Cheese - 2 Boxes

               - Noodles or Rice - 1 Bag

               - Soup - 4 Cans

               - Turkey Gravy - 1 Jar

Purchase all the items and package it in one bag or basket, for distribution to each family. We'll make the arrangements to collect the basket from you. Kairali Womens Forum is requesting your participation in this charity event to bring some smiles to the families in need.
